You have the right to access the data contents and their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and data transferring as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body. 4. Providing Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 2. If no data is available, it will not be possible to implement them.

Recipients of data will be banks, insurance companies, courier companies, companies providing IT services for Alphatron Poland Ltd., the companies cooperating with Alphatron Poland Ltd. as well as institutions authorized by law.
6. The provided data will not be profiled.
7. The data controller has no intention of transferring Personal Data to a third country or an international organization.
8. Personal Data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes arising from point 2 and the applicable law. After this period, the data will be deleted from the data set.
